Why is my order taking so long?

Why do I keep getting notifications that my order is "In transit"?
Our automatic emails say "in transit", however, if you click on the link that directs you to our tracking page, you will be able to see your order status in real time, with detailed updates :)
My order status is "delivered" but I didn't receive it.
When shipping status is "Delivered" and you still haven't received your order, it means that your order is now at your nearest post office.
Your order will be delivered in the next 2 business days ;)
